Tai Chi classes in hand and sword forms. Glasgow and surrounding area.

Traditional Chinese Wu Shu is a Tai Chi martial arts club based in Glasgow. It has trained British Champions and World Championship medallists and has worked with the world’s leading masters, including Professor Li Deyin and Master Wang Yanji, who have created forms especially for the club.

The club and instructors are members of, and insured by, the professional British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA) Sports Council Governing Body.

We welcome beginners through to advanced level students.

ABOUT

Tai Chi is a martial art that can be practised as a gentle form of exercise for health and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and capabilities, it is based on principles of Chinese medicine more than 2000 years old, and research has found it helps improve balance, co-ordination, posture, and stamina.

CLASSES

Classes are held in: Glasgow City Centre; Knightswood; Paisley; Helensburgh; Cambuslang; Hamilton; Barrhead; Rutherglen.

The classes cater for all levels (beginners through to advanced) and include Qigong practice and Tai Chi forms. The focus of most classes is health and relaxation.
